              The Superintendents of Teaching Hospitals and Principals of Govt. School of Nursing  noted in the address entry are requested to inform the following information to the correspondents / Principals of Private School of Nursing  under their control / jurisdiction.

1.      To down load the particulars  of students of  General Nursing and Midwifery particulars students ( Name of the student / Father's Name) from DME web site                Download  Student Particulars

2.      Then verify the students particulars with their S.S.C. Record. If there are  any corrections are found in the students data in DME web site, that particular information should be submit to DME office in the following Performa in a hard copy

3.      The above information should reach the Director of Medical Education office, A.P., Hyderabad by  18-02-2010 by 5.00 P.M. the information received by this office after due date will not be considered.

Further, the Superintendents of Teaching Hospitals and Principals of Govt. School of Nursing  noted in the address entry are requested to communicated above information to all the Private schools of Nursing under their control / jurisdiction and obtain proper acknowledgement  and submit to the Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad.
