As you are aware, National Florence Nightingale Nurses Awards, 2007 are given as mark of recognition for the meritorious services rendered by the Nurses and Nursing Professionals in the country on International  Nurses Day on the occasion of Birthday of Florence Nightingale. The award consists of cash award of Rs. 50,000/- , a certificate and a medal.

The selection criteria, application from Institutions for preparing the resume of the nominee are available at http:dme.ap.nic.in (in the Annexures-I, II & III).

Therefore, all the Superintendents of Teaching Hospitals, Principals of Colleges of Nursing, District Medical & Health Officers and District Coordinator of Hospital Services in the State are requested to send nominations for National Florence Nightingale Nurses awards-2017 along with necessary supportive documents by hard copy to this office on or before 28.02.2017 positively by Speed Post by addressing to the Dy.Director of Nursing, O/o the Director of Medical Education, Old Govt. General Hospital, Hanumanpet, A.P., Vijayawada.
