This is to notify all the Government and Private Para Medical Institutions that the Combined Paramedical Examination for all the paramedical courses will be conducted in June 2006. The Principals of all Medical Colleges shall send the list of the staff members who can be utilized as Special Observers for the examination.

The Application for Examination is dispatched to you along with this letter. Medical Colleges (Designated as Examination Centers) will collect the filled in application forms along with the drafts from all the candidates/private Institutions allotted to their centers at the stipulated time and send them to Convener Room.No.307 /308 O/O DIRECTOR OF MEDICAL EDUCATION, Koti, Hyderabad AP after scrutinizing the filled in application forms. Application form received after the last date or application form without signature/Facsimile of the chief co-ordinator of the examination of collecting Institution shall be REJECTED

 Principals of Medical Colleges should not forward /send application forms

 after the last date for receipt of application forms

The Application must carry

1)      Examination Fee in the form of draft in favour of Director of Medical Education, Koti, Hyderabad AP

2)      Signature of the Principal of the private paramedical Institute.

3)      Signature of the candidate in the application and Hall ticket forms

4)      Examination with the part & Papers (Paper I / II / III)

Only Theory / Only Practical / Theory+practical the candidates appearing.

5)      Signature and seal of the CHIEF CO-ORDINATOR of Examination in

Medical College. Applications without signature of the Chief Co-Ordinator shall be rejected.

6)      Old Hall Ticket Number.

7)      Xerox Copy of Previous Hall Ticket

            8)  4 spare Passport size photographs of the candidate appearing for examination.

In addition to the photos stuck on the Hall Ticket. These will be used at the time of issuing Pass certificates. & Marks Memos.

Code of Conduct for Candidates appearing for examinations

1) Should possess the Hall ticket throughout the process of Theory & Practical Exams

2) Candidates using CELL PHONE in the examination. He/she will be disqualified

3) Possession of written/Printed matter related to the paramedical subject while writing the exams will disqualify 

    candidates’ paper from valuation

4) Candidates should take more care in filling up the first page of answer script i.e. Hall ticket number,

     examination paper, part course, should be written properly.

5) Any matter unrelated to the questions asked in the paper like requests for a pass mark in the examination shall

     also lead to disqualification as it may influence the evaluator.

6) Utilize the time & Space to present the subject with / without a diagram nicely.

7) The Parents /Principals of the candidates should guide the students convince

a) That a legible, neat handwriting & clear presentation of the subject is necessary.

b) Copying the question several times as answer shall not score any marks.
