DME – Request to depute Principals of School of Nursing both Private and Government to the O/o DME on 27.08.2009 for receiving the GNM Diploma Certificates of the candidates who completed their internship in April, 2009 – Reg.

The attention of the Superintendent of all Government teaching hospitals and Correspondence of Private Schools of Nursing is invited to the subject cited and they are requested to depute Principals of School of Nursing to the O/o DME on 27.08.2009 at 9.00 AM for receiving the GNM Diploma Certificates of the candidates who completed their internship in April, 2009.
They are further requested to instruct the principals of Schools of Nursing to attend the O/o DME with
Seal of the concerned Principal, School of Nursing.
List of candidates who have completed GNM Course their internship in April, 2009 along with passed memo of marks and course completion certificate.
Passport size photographs of the candidates who have completed their internship in April, 2009.
Authorization letter from Superintendents Govt. General Hospital / correspondents of private Schools of Nursing to receive the GNM Diploma Certificates.
The GNM Diploma Certificates of all the students who completed in April 2009 will be issued on 27.08.2009 and hence all the superintendents and Correspondents are requested to bestow their personal attention and depute the Principals of Schools of Nursing without fail.
Those Principals of Private Schools of Nursing who have not submitted the list of faculty who have completed 3 years of teaching experience are requested to submit the list on 27.08.2009 without fail, so as to enable this office to utilize the services of Tutors of Private Schools of Nursing as examiners for practicals and theory correction (only 27 schools of Nursing have submitted till today).
